Hotel is clean and well organized. The staff were amazing and attentive to all of our requests. James one of the employees, made sure we had everything we needed and our stay was as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a delightful hotel experience! We will definitely be back next time!

The hotel is great overall (the location, the room, the breakfast) - but what really made this hotel standout was the staff. Sabi, Martin, and are Jame one of the best people I have met on my travels. It was so much fun spending time with them and I highly recommend you do too!

Great hotel! Very good location. Walking distance from all touristy places. The staff are very nice and helping. They booked all of our tours with good price and service. Just talk with Savi and you are good to go. Breakfast is delicious also.

Central location - Best staff and customer service. We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of our trip and then for 1 night upon returning from Sapa and before going to Ninh Binh. Located in the Old Quarter, easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, night market.They had an a la carte menu for breakfast in addition to the buffet and were so happy to cater for our vegan dietary requirements. All the staff from the door staff, reception staff and restaurant were so helpful. This was such a thoughtful gesture and it touched our hearts. Thank you so much.

Excellent hotel in the middle of Hanoi’s old quarter. Great location. Hotel is beautiful, super clean and the staff is great. Special mention to their customer care/ guest services Martin, he is excellent! He makes sure you set with everything you need, offered to get a breakfast packed due to the very early tour pick. Also advise to enjoy breakfast and informed when the tour guide was in lobby ready to pick up. So there was need to wait in lobby for the tour pick up, instead waited in the restaurant with a nice view and a coffee.

I had such a fabulous time at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel that i extended my stay.. twice! The staff make you feel at home and welcome. They were excellent at arranging tours to make the most of my time and budget. Martin even took me to repair my broken bag and Apple sorted out all my personal needs so i could confidently see Vietnam on my own. You will be a lucky traveller to stay right on food street with this charming hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is super nice and very clean. Perfect location in Old town. The breakfast is all you could wish for but now we’re coming to the most important part. The staff!! Sabi greeted us on arrival and helped us with absolutely EVERYTHING. Even when we left Hanoi she still kept in contact and helped with all sorts of bookings. Also Happy in the afternoon crew is extremely nice and helpful as well. Enjoy!

The hotel is strategically located in the old quarters. We were so welcomed by the front desk, especially Martin with a big smile upon our arrival. He was very helpful from the beginning of my booking and he would replied all my enquiries via email. We felt the warmness of everyone at the hotel. The room is clean and the bed was good! Thanks to the hotel for upgrading us to a bigger room on our last night with them! I had such a big double bed of my own! The breakfast spread was amazing and the staff are friendly. I will surely come back to this hotel if I ever visit Hanoi again!

Spent a week here in Jan 2024. Not only is the hotel in a great location with easy walkable access to the old quarter, night market, puppet theatre, etc, but the staff are just so welcoming and friendly. They can book tours, tickets for you and made us really feel at home. Room was a great size and very clean, and breakfast had a nice selection as well as a to order menu. Would definitely revisit!
